BX BETA FORMATS:
Self-Guided
The Health Optimization BX BETA is a program designed to support
the
body’s
energy producing pathways, under a self-guided, non-medically supervised format intended to boost mitochondrial performance in a way that promotes optimal health and wellness. The cost of the BX BETA is $2,995.00.See BX BETA Guide
Coach Supervised
Under the coach supervised format, clients receive guidance from Certified BX Coaches who, in addition to having used the BX Protocol for their own health needs, have undergone specific training regarding its use across a
range
of
wellness related scenarios. Coach Service Fees may vary depending on the specific fee structure of the coach. Coach Service Fees are transacted between the client and the coach independent of BXU,
Energenetix, or the Delta family of companies. Fees incurred through coach services are over and above the $2,995.00 cost of the BX BETA. Because BX Coaches come in all varieties, such as licensed or unlicensed practitioners, be advised that coach services may vary.
Whether choosing a Self-Guided, or Coach Supervised format, we are excited to help you reach your wellness goals.
The BX BETA study will seek to answer two fundamental questions:
- "Will a reduced price program serve the needs of financially challenged clients unable to afford a medically supervised program?”
- "Will coach access to the Energy Catalyst expand its use within a variety of clinical/
non clinical applications?”

LEGAL DISCLOSURES:
INTENDED USE
It is imperative that the terms "intended use” and "indication for use” are correctly interpreted and applied, given the v diversity of health issues related to clients seeking health optimization and health restoration. For example, a potential c with Parkinson’s disease using a Delta-distributed private-label energy catalyst (i.e. X44™, B3L™, Xtole™, etc.), must under and receive the disclosures related to the purposes for which the products are used in order for BXU, or Delta Related Companies, to avoid misbranding violations. Regardless of what a client’s "undisclosed intentions” are, with regard to the a supplement for a specific purpose, we want to punctuate the importance in order to achieve long-term survivability a organization.
For example, the BX Energy Catalyst, as a label-specific product, is only used in certain circumstances, such as Institutio Review Boards (IRBs), in relation to specific studies conducted at universities, or for other research purposes. In the event BX is approved as a drug one day, that does not imply that the X44™ Energy Catalyst, for instance, can be us
ed wi
th th
intention of treating cancer or other pathologies.
LABELING
BXU and Energenetix provides clients access to its products for general purposes under self-administration only. The important thing to understand is that labels have meaning. Not only from the standpoint of identity, contents, ingredients and disclosures, but from the perspective of intended use. For example, BX Energy Catalyst should generally be viewed as a general-purpose label. The BX Energy Catalyst is not a label that is used for instance in the U.S. or Australia. Each jurisdiction may have specific requirements regarding labeling. Know your labels and their respective intended uses.
BX PROTOCOL VS. BX ENERGY CATALYST
Clients will often comment on the use of the BX. A statement may include something like; "the BX has helped me...”. Clients should always try and differentiate between the BX Protocol™ and the BX Energy Catalyst, as the BX Protocol™ may include as many as 60 different components, including conventional therapies and third-party supplements or products. A BX Protocol for one individual may differ from a BX Protocol for another and is guided through individual case management and evaluation.
